  • Self-insurance methods or
  • The establishment of an 'offshore' or 'captive' insurer to insure the risks of a parent company, a group of companies, an association, or a group of businesses with similar interests.

In addition, BWD will review the insurance provisions of leases and other written agreements on behalf of our clients to ascertain the extent of the transfer of risk.
